MY OLDEST CHILD, ZACH, WAS BAPTIZED SATURDAY. I MADE THE PROGRAMS (SO I COULD BE AS INVOLVED AS POSS.), I PLAYED THE PIANO (When I am Baptized), MY GIRLS (JESS & FIA) SANG (I’m TryinG TO Be Like Jesus), & 1/2 OUR MY FAM. WAS IN TOWN. THE BAPTISM WAS GREAT, & ZACH SEEMED SO GROWN UP-HE EVEN HAD MATCHING TIES WITH THE BISHOP! WHEN HE WAS ASKED HIS FAV. PART, HE SAID BEING BATHTIZED, NOT BAPTIZED! I HAD ALWAYS THOUGHT I WOULD SING AT MY SON?S BAPTISM, BUT I WAS ABLE TO USE MY RIGHT HAND TO PLUCK OUT WHEN I AM BAPTIZED, WHILE MY HUSBAND SUPPORTED ME ON THE PIANO BENCH. IT WAS GOOD TO SAY WHAT I THOUGHT MOST ABOUT BAPTISM THROUGH MUSIC AND IN A WAY ZACH WOULD UNDERSTAND!
I think that is the most beautiful thing I have ever heard. What a way to share such a special day. What a wonderful gift to to able to see such a wonderful young man grow.
I know that you are proud of all of your childeren as are we all.

Great job, Jenny, I knew you could do it!!! Congratulations, Zach. We in Indy II are sorry it took place after your move, but thrilled that you could have so much family in attendance. Ana was “bathtized” as well. I think the others were baptized though.
Love, Maria
Wonderful, Jenny!
How exciting! I wish we could have been there for it. Claudia is going to be baptized in Sept., and I hope it’s as great as Zach’s was!

Hi Jenny! It was fun meeting you and your husband last week. Ya’ll are so cute together! I hope it is okay that I drop you a note here on your website – I forgot to get your email address from you. Congrats on your birthday and especially your son’s baptism! That is so exciting! I remember my oldest son’s baptism – I was so excited and stressed at the same time hoping everything would go well. We had alot of family there too. There’s nothing like those spiritual milestones in your children’s lives – they bring such a feeling of satisfaction. Just wait till he gets the priesthood and when he goes on his mission – there’s nothing like it! Didn’t mean to go off on a tangent there – I guess I was going down memory lane since my boys are older! Anyway, happy late birthday – I see it was the day before I came over. Sounds like you had fun. Hope all is well with ya’ll and Zach got started to school okay. I have been busy with seminary this week. Have your parents arrived yet? I bet you are excited to have them here. Drop me a note if you have a chance. Cara

You made the programs for your son’s baptism (and after seeing your scrapbook pages I have no doubt they were perfect, adorable, and creative!) You played some of the music. Honestly, woman, that’s quite a bit more than I would ever even think to do, much less attempt! You are amazing!!!
